Five things we can switch on for you next week

Most of what we do is built for you from scratch, and that takes weeks. These five don’t. They already exist, they get configured around your business and connected to what you already run, and they start doing the work in days.

Buy one. Buy a few. There is no bundle you have to take.

Packs · days 0–30

Already built

Configured for your business, connected to your systems, running in days. Fixed scope, so you know exactly what you are getting before you say yes.

Custom · days 30–90

Built for you

Workflow automation, custom applications, an AI assistant trained on your business. This is where we go when nothing off the shelf fits. It is worth doing, and it is worth doing second.

Pack 01

Get Paid

Chases every overdue invoice in your own voice, forecasts your cash, and tells you whether payroll is covered before it becomes a problem.

What it actually does

  • Drafts a reminder for every overdue invoice, worded differently for your good payers and your repeat late payers
  • Holds every single draft until you read it and press send. Nothing leaves without you
  • Flags customers who may have already paid, so you never chase someone who has
  • Forecasts cash across 30, 60 and 90 days using how your customers actually pay, not their agreed terms
  • Answers “can I cover payroll this month” with a number and the reasoning behind it
What it will not do. It will not take payments, change anything in your ledger, or send a single email you have not read first.
What week one looks like. We connect to your ledger and run the first sweep. You get a table of who owes what and how late, then a draft for each one. Most owners send the first batch the same day.
What it connects toYour accounting system. Your email for sending the drafts.
Who it is forAnyone who invoices on terms and is carrying receivables they have not chased properly.
How you startTake the Check-Up and it tells you whether this is the one to start with, or book the hour and we work it out together.

Pack 02

Fill the Pipeline

Tells you who to call today and why, keeps the CRM honest without you doing data entry, and turns your own sales data into what to promote next.

What it actually does

  • Gives you a ranked call list each morning, with the reason each name is on it and a talking point
  • Flags stale deals, duplicates and missing details in the CRM, then fixes only what you approve
  • Logs calls and notes so the CRM reflects reality without anyone typing it in
  • Works out what is actually selling and what has gone quiet, then builds a content plan from it
  • Produces the campaign assets and stages them for your approval
What it will not do. It will not cold-email strangers, buy lists, or post anything publicly without your approval.
What week one looks like. We connect your CRM and you get your first call list. Five names, why each one, what to say. That list is the proof.
What it connects toYour CRM. Optionally your inbox and calendar for follow-up and booking.
Who it is forBusinesses where leads arrive and then quietly go cold because nobody owns the follow-up.

Pack 03

Keep Customers

Turns complaints, reviews and support messages into themes and a short list of things to fix, and drafts the replies to the individual ones.

What it actually does

  • Pulls disputes, tickets, reviews and email sentiment into one weekly read
  • Gives you three things to fix this week, in priority order, with the reasoning
  • Drafts a reply to an angry customer with their history already pulled and the tone matched
  • Suggests the operational fix behind the complaint, not just the apology
  • Flags the customers who have gone quiet before they leave
What it will not do. It will not reply to a customer on its own, issue a refund, or post a public response without you.
What week one looks like. Start by pasting in the last complaint that annoyed you. You will get the draft reply and the underlying fix in about a minute.
What it connects toNothing to start. Paste a message in and it works. Connect your inbox or CRM and it starts finding patterns.
Who it is forService businesses where the same problems keep recurring and nobody has time to spot the pattern.
How you startTake the Check-Up and it tells you whether this is the one to start with, or book the hour and we work it out together.

Pack 04

Know What's Going On

A Monday brief, a Friday wrap and a one-page picture of where the business actually stands, built from whatever you have connected.

What it actually does

  • Monday: cash position, sales, pipeline, the week ahead and the three things that need you
  • Friday: revenue against last week, what went well, and what to keep an eye on
  • A quarterly narrative when you need to step back and look properly
  • Names the single most important thing needing attention today, rather than a wall of numbers
  • Still gives you something useful with only one system connected
What it will not do. It will not post your numbers into a shared channel without asking, especially the unflattering ones.
What week one looks like. The fastest one to stand up. Connect one system and the brief lands the next morning.
What it connects toWhatever you have. It degrades gracefully and tells you what connecting one more thing would add.
Who it is forOwners running on gut feel and the bank balance who want to see it coming instead of finding out later.
How you startTake the Check-Up and it tells you whether this is the one to start with, or book the hour and we work it out together.

Pack 05

Accountant Handover

Pulls the period's records together, organises them and flags what is missing, so your accountant opens a clean pack instead of a shoebox.

What it actually does

  • Assembles the period's transactions, receivables, payables and contractor payments
  • Organises everything by payee and category, the way your accountant wants to receive it
  • Flags the gaps before they do: missing ABNs, unreconciled items, incomplete supplier details
  • Produces one pack they can work straight from
  • Saves you the weekend you normally lose to this
What it will not do. It does not calculate tax, apply a threshold, decide what is reportable, or tell you what you owe. Your accountant does all of that, and they should.
What week one looks like. We run it over your last completed quarter first, so you can see the difference before a real deadline is on you.
What it connects toYour accounting system, or an export from it.
Who it is forAnyone who dreads the email from their accountant asking for “just a few more things”.

How we connect to your accounting system

Two of these packs read from your books. What that setup looks like depends on what you run, and none of it rules you out. Worth knowing up front: no small business accounting package will schedule an export for you. Not MYOB, not Xero, not any of them. So either we connect directly or someone spends two minutes a week.

What you runHow it connectsWhat you do
Xero or QuickBooksDirect connectionNothing, once it is set up.
MYOB or ReckonWeekly export into a shared folder we set up with youAbout two minutes a week. Same packs, same output, refreshed weekly. When enough of our clients are on MYOB we build the direct connection and those two minutes disappear.
SpreadsheetsWe work from whatever you already produceDrop the file in the folder. Honestly though, proper accounting software would make all of this easier, and that is a conversation worth having.
Not sureWe work it out in the discovery callNothing. This is more common than you would think.

What none of these packs do

Nothing here calculates your tax, closes your books, or lodges anything with the ATO. We are not registered tax or BAS agents and we are not pretending otherwise. Your accountant keeps doing that work. What we do is hand them better inputs than they usually get, which is generally what they wish they had.

What it costs

We scope before we price, the same as everything else we do. A pack is faster and cheaper than a custom build because the thinking is already done, but what it takes to set up depends on what you run, how clean your data is, and how much of it there is. We work that out in the hour, and you get a number before you commit to anything.

Not sure which one you need?

The Check-Up asks what is costing you most and tells you which pack to start with. Eight minutes, no signup to start.
